Elena Nagel grew up in Russia, but later moved and has lived in Germany for more than 25 years. As a child, she engaged in many different creative pursuits. They  became interests which she still loves today. She trained as an artist and then studied to become a psychologist.

During the last few years, she started making Teddy Bears and it has now become a passion for her! Elena enjoys creating vintage-style Teddy Bears and other animals. She has also won multiple prestigious International awards such as the Europameisterschaft der Teddybärmacher, Golden George and many others.
