Diana Yunusova is a Teddy Bear Artist from Russia, St,Petersburg. She has been creating teddies for more than 14 years and her bears live in approximately 20 different countries around the world!

Diana loves vintage style and applying soft pastel colors on her bears and their clothes. She prefers tea-cup-size toys (13-14 cm tall) which you can easily put into your pocket and go on a journey with your tiny friend!

Diana has one main rule – that is, she only uses professional quality materials and special fabrics. Her favorite material is viscose, as it’s so soft and really warm and mohair too when she wants different variety for her bears. Diana uses only sawdust for stuffing as toys filled with sawdust make them feels firm, vintage and and the smell reminds her of her childhood! For weight, she uses steel granulate, even in the smallest toys, it gives an ideal weight to hold in your hand!

Diana also hand sews all the clothes using natural fabrics such as cotton batiste or her favourite, silk fabrics. She also buys hand-painted fabrics or dyes them herself. Natural fabric drapes perfectly and always gives a better look. Almost all decoration and accessories used are vintage including the cotton lace, glass or plastic small antique buttons and silk ribbons.
