Lexelle started making teddy bears in 1998 and since then, she has never looked back.

 

Her first bear was “born”, when she attended a teddy bear workshop conducted by one of her ex-colleagues. She became intrigued with the art and sought to craft more bears, with the skills she have acquired throughout her years of arts and crafts. 

 

Since she made her first bear, Lexelle realised that every bear has a unique look that is hard to replicate. Looking at commercial soft toys that are mass produced, each and every bear creation has a different face. Here’s her celebration to individuality.
